Whispering Sisters Bed & Breakfast Overnight Guest Reservation Payments & Cancellation Policy
- Metro Washington Chapter of Penn State Alumni Association receive $25 off per two night stay with a paid membership! No Black
out days! One discount per room or guest only!
- All rooms are secured by credit card or “good funds”.
- Payment with money orders, cashiers checks, or certified funds will receive a 5% discount & must be received
- 7 days of the reservation.
- Peak Weekends require a two night minimum
- If cancellation is received 14 days or more before date of reservation, there is a 10% Service Fee. Less
- than 14 days notice of cancellation, your credit card will be charged 50% of your total reservation
- Less than 72 hours, full payment for the room will be charged.
- If your booked room is rented by replacement guests, we will refund your charges minus a 10% Service Fee.

| Whispering Sisters is known as "The Rowland Mansion" in Philipsburg, Pa. The 1885 pristine B&B is located 24 miles from Penn State & 31 miles from Altoona. Enjoy a lovely full breakfast served with style in Gianna's Great Room. Special surprises will surround you, as you visit our home located on the former 19th Century, "Millionaire's details. There is a rocker on the porch waiting for you! |
