Whispering Sisters Bed & Breakfast Overnight Guest Reservation Payments & Cancellation Policy
• All rooms are secured by credit card or “good funds”
• Payment with money orders, cashiers checks, cash, or certified funds will receive a 5% discount if paid 7 days advance
• Peak weekends require a two night minimum
• Cancellation 14 days or more before reservation date, $25 Service Fee
• Cancellation 7-14 days prior to reservation date will be charged a flat $100 fee
• Cancellations or no shows with 7 days of the reservation date will be charged one night’s lodging fees
• If we are able to rebook your room, we will refund your credit card minus 10% of the total stay fees plus applicable taxes.
• Event bookings require a non refundable $125 deposit. The deposit will be applied to your total bill.
• ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE TO THE INNKEEPER IN WRITING
• Credit cards must have an expiration date greater than the date of your stay

| Whispering Sisters is known as "The Rowland Mansion" in Philipsburg, Pa. The 1885 pristine B&B is located 24 miles from Penn State & 31 miles from Altoona.
